The PNT 9796 remote display from PN Technologies offers transfer station operators
numerous advantages over the standard LCD display used by many. The display has been
designed specifically for the refuse industry. The 9796 uses one-inch high super-bright LED
numbers that are highly visible even in bright sunlight. With that advantage, the display
can be positioned far enough away from the truck scale to avoid damage by the truck.
Two lines of 16 characters each allow for showing gross, net, and tare weights along with
the disposal fee. These highly reliable displays have been used in refuse transfer stations for many years.
